David John Dzarnoski, Esq. is a junior partner of The Ruiz Law Firm. David is a lifelong Nevadan born and raised in southern Nevada, with family roots dating back to the 1800s.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, David spent over a decade in the financial services industry servicing ultra-high-net-worth clients before his wife and daughters inspired him to return to school and pursue the legal degree that alluded him in his youth at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Boyd School of Law.
As an attorney, David has continued his track record of service and unique people skills, exclusively in personal injury. He has been fortunate enough to reach multiple pre-litigation settlements of $1,000,000 or more on behalf of his clients, resulting in more money for clients with less fees than similarly situated claims in litigation.
After multiple years working for a large, high-volume injury firm, David developed an acumen for the handling of pre-litigation claims and was recognized as one of the National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 under 40 in 2023.
In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, his three daughters, and two Golden Doodles. He is also involved in numerous community activities and is passionate about giving back to local area schools as a frequent speaker and former board of trustee member for Futuro Knowledge Academy.
